Litigation is rarely the best way to resolve legal disputes, as it is expensive, creates substantial downside risk, and is time consuming. I have worked with many businesses and individuals to resolve disputes without the need for litigation. Litigation should be a last resort. However, when litigation becomes necessary, I provide the following services to individuals, businesses, and other attorneys.
Trial Practice – Litigation
My current trial practice focuses on the following practice areas:
- Wrongful Eviction (Tenant-side only)
- Eviction Defense (Tenant-side only)
- Personal Injury
Over the past several years I have obtained several million dollars in recoveries for my clients in these types of matters.
I have extensive experience assisting other lawyers with preparing and arguing a wide range of motions before both the state and federal courts. These include responding to complex summary judgment/adjudication motions, anti-SLAPP motions, motions in limine, and other trial related motions.
I believe that working collaboratively with other like-minded attorneys is one of the best ways to achieve great results for my clients. I am always looking for opportunities to work with good lawyers on their cases and I am happy to bring other lawyers into my cases when it serves the best interests of my clients.
